By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
For purposes of these Terms, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services.
Kitty Love provides an online platform powered by artificial intelligence ("AI") that allows users to interact with virtual characters ("AI Companions"). The Services may include AI-generated conversations, images, videos, voice notes, and other digital media.
Certain features may require account registration or paid subscriptions. The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
The Services are provided strictly for entertainment purposes. AI Companions are fictional characters created by artificial intelligence and are not real people. They do not possess emotions, awareness, or the ability to form real relationships.
The Services rely on evolving AI technologies. Generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent with human judgment. Kitty Love does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of any information provided.
Some features require a user account. You agree to provide accurate and current information, keep your login credentials secure, and accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.
Any violation of these Terms or our Policies may result in account suspension or termination at our sole discretion.
By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction.
Users should not disclose sensitive personal information such as financial details, addresses, phone numbers, or passwords when using the Services or conversing with AI Companions.
Users are solely responsible for protecting their personal information and should be aware of potential risks associated with transmitting information online. We encourage users to report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior encountered on the platform.
Kitty Love respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information.
You agree not to use the Services to violate any laws, harass or harm others, generate illegal content, or abuse the AI systems in any way. You must ensure that your interactions with the AI Companions comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
Free users may send up to 20 messages to AI Companions. Additional use requires a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually. Fees are charged in USD.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled through your account settings prior to the renewal date. The payment will be processed automatically on the first day of the renewed period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings / Unsubscribe. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged.
All intellectual property related to the Services — including software, design, AI systems, and digital content — is owned by or licensed to Kitty Love. Users may access the Services for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitty Love shall not be liable for indirect damages, emotional distress, loss of data, or reliance on AI-generated content. Use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activity, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Kitty Love may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by making the revised version accessible through the Services, with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must immediately stop using the Services.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Kitty Love operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kitty Love regarding your access to and use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
